Neither claim is true.
Kristi actually did NOT receive the NRA endorsement – Stephanie did. The NRA endorsed Stephanie because of her proven commitment to protecting our Second Amendment rights.
See Kristi Noem’s dishonest mailer here.
You can’t get the truth from Kristi Noem, so here are a few facts:
- Noem is willfully misleading voters by indicating that Stephanie received an "F" rating from the NRA. That is absolutely false.
- Stephanie received an "A" rating from the NRA -- just like she has in every election.
- The NRA has endorsed only one candidate in this race: Stephanie Herseth Sandlin.
The flyer also states that Stephanie received a 'D' rating from GOA, but the GOA website lists her rating as 'B-'.
ReplyDeletei would be mad normally, but since girls have 1/3 the size of male brains, it was probably an honest mistake. in all seriousness though, all politicians are corrupt, so no matter who you vote for you are electing a crook.
ReplyDeleteThis just shows me yet again that Kristi Noem is not a voice of reason. South Dakota needs a voice of reason in Congress. Kristi Noem has done nothing more than attack on partisan talking points. I want a Congresswoman that will think and act...not a talking partisan politics billboard.
ReplyDeleteYeah, about that "Sandlin almost always votes with Pelosi" meme? Boehner votes with Pelosi 50% of the time; fer-pete's-sake Michelle Bachmann votes with Pelosi 58% of the time! If everybody only voted with their party, or their caucus, or their Congressional BFF, whatevz - then the current gridlock would look like an open rural highway at 3am.
